F&I Trainings to Increase Your Bottom LineAt the end of September, we hosted a two-day F&I training workshop that was free to all dealers writing products for McGraw Powersports. It was a highly interactive educational course on sales and F&I Department management. Participants were encouraged to develop action plans to drive implementation of the key processes throughout the weekend to bring back to their dealership.

Other key topics included understanding the sales and F&I Relationship, managing versus selling, working deals for maximum profitability, managing the sales process, establishing and maintaining lender relationships, tracking performance statistics, and much more.

The feedback from the 48-hour crash course was very positive but there was one testimonial we would be remiss if we didn’t mention.
