How do I update my contact information?

To update your details, please call our Customer Support line on (800) 543-5225. Our support team is available to assist you and will ensure your updates are completed immediately.

How do I transfer a service contract?

Contract transfers are usually specific to each vehicle. Please contact us for details on eligibility. The following contracts can be transferred to a new owner:

  • Extended Service Contract
  • Wheel and Tire
  • Priority Maintenance

Remember that you need to fill out the form to complete this operation.

You can request a copy of your contract by contacting Customer support at (800) 543-5225. We’re here to help you get the information you need, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Your dealer can submit electronically through the WSCC website on your behalf or on behalf of the lienholder. You can also send the following document to WSC at cancel@mcgrawpowersports.com. Remember, if a contract is canceled and a refund is due, all refunds will be sent to the selling dealer.

How to make a claim?

We recommend contacting your dealer. Please follow these steps:

  • Gather your contract number and vehicle details.
  • Call (800) 543-5225 to speak with a representative.
  • Submit any necessary documents.
  • Our team will review your claim and approve it quickly, ensuring your vehicle is back on the road fast.
  • Any claim for repairs without prior authorization will not be covered, except in emergency situations.

You’ll need your contract number, vehicle information, repair estimates made by an authorized service facility, and any relevant photos or invoices. This helps us process your claim quickly and efficiently. If you have all of this ready, it will make the process smoother!

The exact time may vary based on how complex the issue is and when we receive all the necessary documents. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your claim!

Yes, you can use your preferred repair shop, as long as it meets our qualifications. Just reach out to us at (800) 543-5225 for pre-approval before getting the work done. We’re here to help ensure everything goes quickly.

Roadside assistance is included in some extended service contracts. Be sure to check your specific plan for details. If you have any questions, we’re here to help. You can call us on (800) 543-5225

There are exceptions where emergency repairs can be done without prior approval. You, as contract holder can submit the receipt or invoice along with a copy of the service contract. However, the claims department may ask for additional information. You can send all the information to wscintake@mcgrawpowersports.com for review.

You can use the contract anywhere in the United States and Canada. This gives you the flexibility to get the services you need, no matter where you are.

We recommend taking your vehicle back to the dealership where you bought it or to an authorized McGraw repair facility. The dealer can start the process of submitting a claim on your behalf. Depending on the issue, you may need to authorize a teardown of the vehicle. This is necessary to diagnose the problem and determine the repair costs.
