You will need to authorize the repair facility to diagnose your problem. Please keep in mind that disassembling components or parts may be necessary for some claims.

File a claim

If you have a problem with your vehicle, please reach out to the issuing dealer. If that’s not possible, you can call us at 1-800-543-5225, and we’ll help you find a dealer or repair shop for service.

Provide the documentation

Make sure to have a copy of your service contract. Remember that some claims require proof of maintenance on your vehicle. Please have those records available if needed. Let the dealer or repair facility know to contact us for review of the claim.

Approve the disassembly

You will need to authorize the repair facility to diagnose your vehicle’s problem. They will need to contact us with the cause and solution to see if there is a failure of a covered part. Please keep in mind that disassembling components may be necessary in some cases.

McGraw Powersports review/authorization

We will review it to determine if it is a covered failure under your service contract. Any claim for repairs without prior authorization will not be covered, except in emergency situations.

Claim settlement

Once we confirm that your claim is covered by the service contract, we will settle it with the service facility or dealer. Depending on your contract, you might have to pay a deductible.
