Snowmobile Service Contracts*

Jane AdlerPress & Events

As we approach the winter months, riders will inevitably be retiring their street bikes and off-road vehicles for the season and dusting off their snowmobiles. If the powersport trend maintains the current upward momentum, sales of cold-weather powersport products and vehicles will see an increase, which means there will be the opportunity for backend service contract sales to up profit margins. Extended Service Contracts (ESCs) are a major selling point as this coverage option further secures customers by protecting their new purchase in coverage of all major features of a sled.

This includes:

  • The Engine
  • Transmission
  • Primary/Secondary Drive System
  • Electrical and Cooling Components
  • Instrumentation
  • Breaks, Seals and Gaskets
  • Steering
  • Fuel and Oil Systems

Additionally, if a covered repair affects them on the trails, riders can receive reimbursement for getting the sled picked up and taken to their closest repair facility. We always take cost, convenience and coverage into consideration with our ESCs.

Did you know? We have maintained our lower snowmobile rates from last year and have an average rate decrease of 34% on our Snowmobile Extended Service Contracts!

Be sure to check out the article we wrote for Motorcycle & Powersports News last winter highlighting our snowmobile extended service contracts.

*Coverage is based upon unit qualification at the time of purchase. Brochure, email and article are informational only. Please see copy of your contract for terms and conditions.
